"Sangit Kala Kendra was established in the year 1973 by Shri Aditya Vikram Birla with the aim of promoting and presenting cultural activities and programs and acting as a platform for its members to come forth and present their talents.
The strength of the organization has grown from 227 members in 1973 to 1838 members consisting of 303 Life, 26 Corporate, 1509 General Members in the year ended March 2023.
The objective of Sangit Kala Kendra: is contained in the line 'Entertainment and Enlightenment through the Arts', which expresses the essence of the aim that Sangit Kala Kendra aspires to achieve. Bringing the finest quality of entertainment and presenting premier artists has been a trademark of the organization since its inception.
